Youth Club
Welcome to Youth Club! An initiative that began in the Fall of 2023 with funding from Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities that helps removes the physical and financial barriers to participating in sport. Youth Club members get all access to youth drop-in programs including sledge hockey, Junior Youth Night, Youth Night, Craft Programs and events while receiving subsidized afterschool programming and sports program.
This program operates annually under two seasons, January-May and September-December.

Open to all ages of Youth Club (4-13), this afterschool program promotes physical activity with free play and organized games. While open to all ages, Recreation Staff are on hand and creating programming for different ages to ensure safety and maintain interest among all participants. Capacity limits apply for this program so be sure to register ahead of time.
Walking groups operate where Recreation Staff collect your child from the schools listed above at the final bell and walk them to the program. Parents are responsible for notifying the Office Staff at each school that their child is part of this program.
For either day, should your plans change and your child no longer be attending our program, please contact recreation@arnprior.ca to notify us of this change. This information is extremely important for coordinating pickup from the schools.

Craft Program

Craft Night is a program where parents can drop off their child under supervision of our experienced Program Staff and allow them time with friends as they do crafts. The craft will be lead by staff but kids are more than welcome to provide their own creative spin on the project.

Tween Dance - We're bringing back an all-time favourite! This supervised dance is open to ages 9-13.
Cake Decorating Challenge - Join us for a sweet afternoon where kids turn plain cakes into edible masterpieces!
Dance Like A Star - Kids will learn an exciting dance routine from Monica, the owner of Arnprior School of Dance, and then show off their superstar moves in a special performance for parents at 6:30pm!
