Official Plan and Zoning By-law
The Town of Arnprior Official Plan and Zoning By-law regulate land use and planning in our community. All building and planning projects must comply with the Official Plan and Zoning By-law.
Development charges
Depending on your application, you may need to pay development charges. Development charges cover the cost of infrastructure and services for new development. Review the development charges for the Town of Arnprior.
Mapping and surveys
County of Renfrew Maps lets users search for properties and create maps. There are also measuring and drawing tools.
To obtain a survey of your property, please contact a surveyor or your solicitor. The Town is unable to provide surveys or determine where your property boundaries are.
