Are you moving?
Avoid being billed for water you did not consume! Complete the open or close an account form as soon as your closing date has been confirmed if you are moving in or out of a property with municipal water services.

Water and wastewater billing
Water and Wastewater bills are issued for all low consumption properties (i.e. properties with a meter size of 1.0” or less) on a bi-monthly basis and all high consumption properties (i.e. properties with a meter size of 1.5” or greater) on a monthly basis.
There are two parts to every bill:
- a fixed base charge
- a per cubic metered consumption charge

iCity Online
The Town of Arnprior is pleased to offer residents a convenient way to access property tax and water/wastewater bills online through the iCity Online portal. This easy-to-use tool helps you stay informed about your town accounts anytime, anywhere.
iCity Online is a secure online service that allows property owners to:
- View property tax and water/wastewater bills and account balances
- Access billing history
- See upcoming due dates
Register to access water/wastewater bills using your PIN and Roll Number, which can be found on your water/wastewater bill.
Payment Options
Review each payment option and choose the one that is best for you.
Never miss a water and wastewater bill payment by setting up a pre-authorized payment plan. Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Application or download the application and bring it with a void cheque to Town Hall.
You can pay your utility bill online through your bank. You will need to:
- Set the Town of Arnprior utilities as the payee
- Use your 13 digit (no spaces, dots or hyphens) utility account number
You can pay your utility bill through the mail. Cheques are accepted. Please make the cheque payable to the Town of Arnprior and send it to:

You can pay your utility bill in person by cash, cheque or debit at Town Hall.
Late Payments
The Town of Arnprior must receive all utility bill payments by the due date on your utility bill. If you miss a due date, you will be charged a penalty of 1.25% per month. The penalties will be applied the first of every month until paid.
