Museum Camps
Join the Museum’s imaginative Experimentation Station! Our summer camp fosters cooperation and creative problem-solving across History, Art, and Science indoors and outdoors all summer long. Full weekly theme descriptions will be available in May, but feel free to contact us for more information. We make films, build planets, measure slime, joust in giant cardboard castles, and break pirate codes!
Our programming runs from 8:30-3:30 June 29 to August 28 (Extended hours 7:45-4:30 available for an additional fee). Kids from 4 to 10 years of age are invited to sign up.
We can’t wait to meet you!
What will the campers be doing?
Do I have to register for all eight weeks?
The late pick-up option is $50 for the whole week.
I have more questions about the museum camp and programming!
Sports Camp
Sports Camp is a one-week camp from July 20-24 where campers aged 6-12 will spend their day through various sporting activities. The camp takes place at St. John XXIII School and will utilize the school gym, school yard as well as Legion Park with the Sullivan Rink of Dreams. The camp runs 8:30am-3:30pm and each day will feature multiple counsellor led activities with one large sport.

Theatre Kids Camps
The status of the Theatre Kids Camp is still to be determined. Our wonderful instructors are expecting their first child this spring and have not determined their summer plans yet. Should the camp run - we will update this page.
Library Summer Programs
The Arnprior Public Library is always providing amazing programs to our community. Check out their website, www.arnpriorlibrary.ca to learn more about their services.
Counsellor in Training (CIT)
The Town of Arnprior is happy to continue the CIT program which provides those ages 11-13 the opportunity to be at summer camp in an elevated role, assisting the camp counsellors.
The CITs are a registrant of summer camp at a discounted rate of 50%. They are still the responsibility of our Camp Coordinators and Counsellors but put in a different environment than that of a camper. The CIT will assist the Camp Staff in preparing, leading, and organizing camp activities. In this role, they will learn valuable skills that will prepare them for life as a volunteer or staff including communication, problem solving, leadership, and more.
Register to be a CIT as early as March 2.
