Tax Certificates
Tax certificates should be purchased by a lawyer during a property sale or when a mortgage is being approved for a property.
You can submit a tax certificate request in writing and include the following information:
- Vendor/purchaser names
- Full address
- Legal description
- Closing date of the sale
- Property roll number
Your tax certificate request can also be sent by e-mail or by fax 613-623-8091.
It could take 7 to 10 business days for us to process your request. If you need to make an urgent request, please contact us.
Fees
There is a $63 fee for each tax roll on your tax certificate request.
